Job Summary & Description: Top Construction Co. is seeking senior level scheduling and cost control engineers, preferably with industrial construction experience. Scheduling includes work at the estimate level, short-interval and project master scheduling. An excellent working knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) using available scheduling tools such as Primavera and other computer-based systems is required. Candidates also should be able to manually produce schedules, if required. Duties of this position also may involve project cost control work, requiring the ability to work with and understand budgets, coding, man-hour performance systems and reports, and other elements of overall project monitoring. Depending upon project size, the individual also may have the opportunity to be involved in various project engineering/coordinating activities.
