Summary:
This is an exciting new opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager with our rapidly growing ENR 400 Construction Company. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of Water / Wastewater Treatment Plant construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Subcontract & purchase order scope development
- Project cost accounting setup
- Schedule of values
- Project scheduling
- Prime contract Administration
- Invoice review and approval
- Monthly position reports
- Owner & Engineer / Architect relations
Additional Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree, preferably in a technical field
- Experience in Water or Waste Water Treatment Facility Construction
- Good organizational skills
- Good management & communication skills
- Computer Applications Experience: Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
Primavera Project Planning (P3) or Primavera SureTrak , Expedition is a plus.
